Listing Transaction

Prepare disclosure package for agent
Review all paperwork for compliance
Setup Brokerage CRM/Platform; submit all contracts, disclosures, forms, etc to compliance
Collect missing signatures, initials or additional details to complete the file
Order title order and confirm commissions
Send open lines of communication email to all parties including timelines of all key dates
Track disclosure package from the seller to ensure timely delivery to the buyer side
Follow-up on appraisal, inspections, HOA docs, etc
Track contingency dates and key deadlines
Provide CTMe/Platform support if needed
Confirm Home Warranty policy is ordered
Get the utility information to the client
Provide administrative support
Submit file to broker prior to close to ensure prompt compensation
Create/Submit commission amount, coordinate file approval with compliance and Brokerage so you can get paid on time
Upload Title closing packet to Brokerage/CRM Platform to close out transaction
Update client contact in CRM/Database after closing
Fee paid only if the file closes. We get paid directly from commission disbursement at closing

Buying Transaction

Review all paperwork for compliance
Setup Brokerage CRM/Platform; submit all contracts, disclosures, forms, etc. to compliance
Collect missing signatures, initials or additional details to complete the file
Send open lines of communication email to all parties including timelines of all key dates
Confirm the lender is in receipt of the contract and in contact with title company
Track receipt of the disclosure package from listing agent and sent to buyer by due date
Follow up on appraisals, inspections, HOA docs
Follow up with lender on loan process
Track contingency dates and key deadlines
Provide CTMe/Platform support if needed
Confirm Home Warranty policy is ordered
Get the utility information to the client
